The Worship Arts Pastor provides spiritual, musical, creative, and organizational leadership for the worship ministry of Fellowship of the Rockies. This pastor leads worship environments that are biblically grounded, spiritually engaging, culturally aware, and aligned with our mission of Connecting God, People, and Community.
The role also develops healthy teams, multiplies leaders, strengthens ministry systems, and provides pastoral care to those serving in worship and technical arts. Our aim is not simply to produce excellent services, but to create worship environments where people can respond to God, grow in faith, and take their next step with Christ.
